Brandon was raised in the small town of Santa Rosa, New Mexico. At a young age, he learned the value of a handshake during his time working alongside his dad and late grandfather.  Brandon often recalls a day where his grandfather caught him sitting down before work was complete and instilled the advice of “never sit down on the job”. From that day on, the approach Brandon takes to each day comes from those important words.

Following High School graduation, Brandon enlisted in the United States Air Force. After serving his country for 6 years, he was honorably discharged.  In 2002, upon completion of basic training, Brandon attended non-destructive testing school in Pensacola, Florida.  Over the course of his 6-yr enlistment he would perform a variety of NDT methods on many different air-frames. His favorite being the B1-Bomber.

Prior to co-founding Trispec, Brandon spent 11 years performing NDT in oil & gas, power gen, and new construction industries. During this time, he traveled across the US, from the North Slope of Alaska to Philadelphia, PA, continually mastering his trade. Brandon takes pride in taking care of his team and providing old-fashioned customer service. In addition to his career dedication, he enjoys learning by listening to e-books during his commute. In his free time, he is an avid golfer and loves spending time with his wife Alicia.

A phrase he firmly believes in: “No matter where you’re at on the totem pole, roll up your sleeves and get after it.”

Jason grew up in the Northwest Chicago suburbs with a passion for hands-on mechanical work and sales/marketing. He started his career working in sales for a variety of retail and commercial companies; finally landing in the API inspection business. He spent many years performing field inspections all over the United States, from refinery storage tanks to cross-country pipelines; eventually landing back in sales and account management for the nondestructive testing industry. This career path led to his relocation from the Midwest to the Rocky Mountains.

After establishing himself in Colorado, it quickly became apparent that a lack of customer service had become the norm in todays business model. Slow response, varying levels of quality, and a lack of integrity was all-too-common in the NDT industry.

In order to change this way of thinking, Jason set a goal of providing every client with a seamless business relationship that is built on quality and an unmatched attention to detail. From this idea among others, Jason and his Partners decided to start TRISPEC  in an effort to change the approach inspection company’s take towards their customers and employees.

Born and raised in Western Montana, Scott developed an early appreciation for the construction industry while working in his family’s masonry construction business. After high school, Scott joined the United States Coast Guard serving as an aviation mechanic and flight crewman on rescue helicopters where he had his first exposure to nondestructive testing.

Upon completion of his enlistment he went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in economics from Texas A&M Corpus Christi, and eventually an MBA from the University of Montana.

During his graduate studies Scott began a job that brought him to the Bakken oil fields of North Dakota. This experience, along with his construction and mechanical background led Scott to eventually working in several operational positions in a major oil and gas company that operated in the Rocky Mountain Region. Recognizing the ever growing need for high quality inspection, Scott and his Partners started TRISPEC to fill this need while providing face to face customer service.
